YES! All the diamonds we offer are real natural diamonds. They ARE NOT Moissanite, simulated, fake, CZ, lab created or manmade in any way. We do not sell any ‘blood diamonds’ and all our diamonds are conflict free. We offer GIA; EGL; clarity enhanced; colored diamonds; certified and uncertified diamonds. Do you offer more rings than what your website shows?
Absolutely! At Shay’s Diamonds, we have over 10,000 beautiful diamond rings and settings for you to choose from! Our website shows only a small sample of the many designs and styles we have available. If you have a specific diamond ring or design you’re looking for, just contact us by phone or email and we’ll get you a free wholesale price quote along with a picture of the ring.
Shay’s Diamonds accepts payment by cash, direct deposit, bank wire and all major credit cards. We offer all our customers a 5% discount when they pay by cash. The reason we can offer a 5% discount is because we’re able to eliminate our credit card processing fees when you pay by cash – we can then pass these savings onto you! At Shay’s Diamonds, we support our local heroes by honoring them with a discount on every purchase they make! Our heroes include: Military (past and present); Fire Fighters; Law Enforcement and School Teachers! Are your rings made with real gold or are they gold plated?
All the rings and jewelry we offer are manufactured with real gold and the full karat value is listed on each item’s description. We do not sell gold plated or gold-filled items. Many of the rings we offer are available in your choice of white gold, yellow gold, two-tone gold and rose gold. Our settings are typically manufactured in 14k gold, however, we can upgrade most of our settings to either 18k gold, Palladium or Platinum for an additional fee.
What level of quality are your diamond rings?
Our quality is superb! Our rings are made with top level excellence and are absolutely stunning and beautiful! We manufacture and set all our diamond rings right here in the U.S.A. by our team of expert jewelers and craftsmen. Do your diamond rings come with an appraisal or certification?
Shay’s Diamonds offers both certified and uncertified diamonds. Many of the rings we offer will come with either an “Appraisal Certificate” or a “Certificate of Authenticity”. For the benefit and comfort of our customers, all certification is performed by independent 3rd party diamond appraisal companies. Shay’s Diamonds does not perform our own in-house certification. Is there a minimum purchase requirement when buying at your low wholesale prices?
There are no minimum purchase requirements when buying from Shay’s Diamonds. You will always get our low wholesale price even if you buy just one ring.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We also accept payment by cash, direct deposit and bank wire – sorry we do not accept checks or money orders due to fraud issues.

Do you ship to military APO & FPO addresses?
Absolutely! We are honored to provide fast and efficient shipping to those serving in our armed forces! Just email us or give us a call and we’ll start processing your order immediately!
All local purchases made in Sacramento or orders shipped to a California address will be charged sales tax. California customers who buy from us with a valid California Resale Permit with the intent to resell our jewelry will not be charged any sales tax. All orders shipped to a location outside of California will not be charged any sales tax.
Can I place a custom ring order with you?
Yes! We can custom manufacture any ring you desire at true wholesale prices using advanced CAD / CAM design and manufacturing methods. Please click the Custom Design link for more information.
Can I resell jewelry that I buy from you?
Yes! You can buy jewelry from us to resell in any manner you want! Our prices are so low that many of our customers buy from us simply to resell our jewelry for big profits at online auctions, jewelry stores, gift outlets, trade shows, and even on their own websites!
